Alpha’s Other Halfs

Getting closer, I could see his face. He looked nothing like the others who chased after Jaden and me. It was a tall handsome man. He looked really angry. I could see the anger and sadness in his eyes.

“Speaking of our father, that’s him,” Lucy

“What?” Jaden and I asked

“Yes, he’s the man in the picture grandpa showed to me” Lucy replied

The man stood there for a while and stared at us without saying anything.

” He was handsome maybe that’s why Jaden is so handsome too,” I thought to myself.

The other men who were with him looked aggressive and ready to attack. The man walked a bit closer to us and asked

“What are you three doing out here, don’t you know is dangerous to be out here by this time?”

“Where are your parents?” He asked

Jaden and I looked at Lucy confused

“They must be careless to have left you out here by yourself, ” he added

“Gosh… These humans, with what’s happening they still think of camping” he mumbled

“By the way, who are your parents, the ones who let you kids hang out here in the middle of nowhere?” He asked walking around

“Our mother is dead,” Jaden said

“And you are supposed to be our father I guess,” Lucy said as he made a halt.

He stood there for a while before turning to us.

“What are you doing here, you’re not supposed to be here” he stated

“You know, a warm nice hug will do for giving us away and not even coming to visit, not even a da, y,” Lucy said with tears in her eyes

“Could you please take down the spell?” He asked

“How are we sure that you are our real father and not someone who is trying to kill us?” I asked

He looked at me and his eyes turned red. I could see anger in his eyes but there was a little sadness in his eyes.

“He’s the one. I can feel it” Lucy said

“Prove it” Jaden let out

“I will tell you everything but first you need to live here now,” he said

I let down the containment spell and he immediately ran to us and hugged us.

“You don’t know how happy I am to finally see you,” he said

“I’m sorry for all these years that I’ve not been around, but everything has changed now. I’m not letting you three out of my site again” he said

“Willow, take them back” he ordered

As soon as Willow came forward, Jaden rushed to him and hugged him.

“I thought you were dead?” Jaden asked

“No, I’m not” Willow replied

“Let’s go,” Willow said as he lead the way and we followed

~Eric’s POV~

“Now we move” Greeta replied as she walked straight to the old lady’s room. Went to her wardrobe and did the same thing she did at the other house and the wardrobe opened a pathway. They followed the pathway.

They got to a point where they met three pathways. Greeta chanted the direction spell and two pathways closed and they were left with one. They walked till their long journey came to an end. They came into a village filled with people.

“Where are they? ” Eric asked

“Hmm, they are gone” Greeta replied

“What do you mean they are all gone?” Eric asked

“They were here but…” Greeta tried to explain but was cut short by Eric

“But what?” Eric asked in anger

“I don’t know. All I can tell you is that they met someone. A very powerful one.” Greeta said

Eric cursed in anger. All his efforts to get Jaden were just a waste of time.

“Why don’t you go back and let him come to you?” Greeta asked

“Besides you killed his mother, he will surely come back for revenge” she added

“We’ve come too far to go back now,” Eric said

“Alright, let’s wait here” Greeta replied

~Derrick’s POV~

“This is it, I’ve had enough. Get ready, I’m coming for you Eric” I said looking at the mirror in my room

“How do I find Jaden now? I don’t even know his face. Rhea and Lucy on the other hand hmm… I just hope they are okay.” I thought to myself

The next day, we set out to find Eric only to find three teens camping in the woods.

“Who does that these days? Don’t they know that it’s dangerous to be in the woods at this time? What kind of parents would live their kids to go camping?” I said

“Should we fat rid of them?” one of my men asked

“No. They are just kids. Their parents probably would be worried about them.” I said

I wondered what they were talking about, they seemed pretty serious and emotional. I guess they noticed us but there was something strange about these kids. I decided to walk up to them and to my greatest surprise, one of them cast a spell. I was surprised, it’s been a while since I last saw a witch. She reminded me of Karen, the witch I fell in love with.

“What are you three doing out here, don’t you know is dangerous to be out here by this time, Where are your parents?” I asked

“They must be careless to have left you out here by yourself, ” I asked

“Our mother is dead,” the boy said

“And you are supposed to be our father I guess” the girl with short hair said

Then it struck me, could they be… No, they can’t be…

Just to be sure I called their names,

“Jaden, Rhea, and Lucy”

It’s them. Finally, I got to see them. But I never wanted it to be this way. But thanks to Eric, my dream of reuniting with my family will be happening. Anger and sadness filled my heart. I asked her to take down the spell. I had to keep them safe before continuing my quest for revenge, so I asked Willow to take them back to my house.

“It’s twenty-one days to the full moon, I don’t have much time,” I thought to myself as we all went back home.
